On April 24 2026, at 09:00-10:00 EDT (13:00-14:00 UTC), H.E. Ambassador Egriselda López, Permanent Representative of El Salvador to the United Nations, Chair of the Global Mechanism on developments in the field of ICTs in the context of international security and advancing responsible State behaviour in the use of ICTs (Global Mech ICT) will holde her 1st Informal dialogue with stakeholders. The Chair is convening this informal dialogue as part of her commitment to ensuring systematic, sustained, and substantive engagement with stakeholders. This approach builds on the practice established during the Open-ended Working Group (2021–2025) and is consistent with the modalities for stakeholder participation agreed by consensus, as reflected in Annex I of A/80/257.
