The Interconnection Academy, founded by DE-CIX and the Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF) Barcelona, and the Global Cyber Alliance (GCA) have launched a new partnership to expand free access to specialist training in networking and network security, with the goal of improving resilience across the global Internet ecosystem.
The collaboration will see selected content shared between platforms, including a dedicated module on MANRS to help enhance routing security and defend against common threats like address spoofing. The initiative addresses widespread skills shortages in cybersecurity and supports the development of connectivity professionals worldwide.
