Amandeep Singh Gill serves as Under-Secretary-General and Special Envoy for Digital and Emerging Technologies. A leading voice on AI governance and digital cooperation, he helped shape some of the most significant global frameworks on responsible innovation, including the Global Digital Compact, the Global Dialogue on AI Governance, and the Independent International Scientific Panel on AI. The conversation will explore how states, technology firms, civil society, and international organizations can coordinate on AI risks despite competing interests and diverging approaches. Topics include bridging the global AI divide, building toward durable international cooperation, and what meaningful digital inclusion looks like for countries and communities being left behind. The event will be webcast via Zoom.
