The MANRS Steering Committee election closed at 23.59 UTC on 30 October 2025, and the result has now been confirmed by Election Chair Michael Abejuela (ARIN). Thank you to those of you who voted!
Three candidates have been elected to the MANRS Steering Committee:
- Tony Tauber, Comcast
- “I am very pleased and honored to be re-selected to stand on the MANRS Steering Committee by the participants. I am looking forward to continuing to serve the community and to working with some new colleagues with new perspectives on the Committee as well.”
- Di Ma, ZDNS
- “I am grateful for the trust that the MANRS community has placed in me. I have been working on Internet routing security, especially the RPKI, since I was a graduate student. This valuable chance of serving the MANRS Steering Committee will further my efforts on global routing security and I will dedicate myself to the service of the Internet community in my new role as a member of the MANRS Steering Committee.”
- Victor Bolaños Guerra, Fibercli – Loopback0
- “I’m thrilled to join the MANRS Steering Committee and be part of such a passionate group driving real progress in Internet security. Strengthening routing security is something I truly care about, and I’m excited to help push new ideas and collaboration that make the global network safer for everyone.”
Tony Tauber has been re-elected, while Di Ma and Victor Bolaños Guerra join the Steering Committee for the first time. Each will serve a three-year term beginning on 1 January 2026.
We’d like to thank Melchior Aelmans and Musa Stephen Honlue, who will officially end their time on the Steering Committee on 31 December 2025, but who will undoubtedly still be vital to the MANRS community.
We’d also like to thank the other six candidates for running. We are pleased by the interest shown in the MANRS initiative and the extremely high standard of candidates who put themselves forward for the Steering Committee.
