On 1 August 2026, the Internet Society India Mumbai Chapter hosted the opening session of WITL-VIII, the eighth edition of its flagship Women in Technology Leadership Series: ‘Beyond the Hype – Building a Durable Career in a Changing Technology Industry‘.
Rakshita Kulshrestha, Manager – Global Response Operations at Meta, brings 12+ years across trust and safety, risk, and global operations, and spoke candidly about how AI and restructuring are reshaping careers, building skills and networks that travel across roles, and navigating pivots, uncertainty, and non-technical pathways into tech.
