On Tuesday-Wednesday June 14-15 2022 the 8th Annual Gambia National Internet Governance Forum will be convened, with the theme ‘Digital Sustainability: Data Innovations for Post-Covid Recovery – The Gambia Context’, with 3 subthemes. The Internet Governance Forum serves to bring people together from various stakeholder groups as equals, in discussions on public policy issues related to the Internet. The Forum is organized to represent all key stakeholders in the Gambia through a National Steering Committee coordinated by the Ministry of Communications & Digital Economy (MOCDE). The event will be hybrid – both online and face-to-face on site. The livestream is provided by the Internet Society Gambia Chapter.
