The Internet Society, in partnership with the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia, organised the Community Networks: Connecting the Next Billion summit. The conference brouth together European business, civil society, donors and EU policymakers to discuss three main issues: The technical issues surrounding community networks Leveraging public and private investment into these types of local networks Creating the right regulatory and policy environment to support those initiatives in Europe. Internet Society Armenia Chapter President Igor Mkrtumyan participated to #CNsummit2019.
